What to Expect

We strive to make our worship services clear and straightforward. When you arrive, you’ll be given a visitors' pamphlet and a bulletin that provides the order of worship, the songs and Scripture readings, and some announcements and events for the church.

Our music is a blend of styles and formats, but we think that the most important part of the music is the congregation singing together. Our voices are our primary instrument of praise, and our musicians help lead the congregation in singing. Congregational singing is also part of the teaching, and as such we try to sing doctrinally excellent texts that fit an overall theme of the service.

We typically have a 45 minute sermon in which one of the elders presents a passage of Scripture and explains its meaning and application to our thoughts and actions. This exposition of Scripture is the centerpiece of our worship.
