This year Reformation Sunday is on October 31st. We set apart this Sunday from year to year to remember the theological truths recovered by the church during the reformation. Luther nailed his 95 theses to challenge the practice of indulgences, which began, “When our Lord and Master Jesus Christ said, ``Repent'' (Mt 4:17), he willed the entire life of believers to be one of repentance.” This challenge led to his protest against many beliefs and practices of the Catholic church. The solas of the Reformation include Scripture Alone, In Christ Alone, By Grace Alone, By Faith Alone, For God’s Glory Alone. 

This year, we will have a special evening service that will include singing and teaching on the reformation doctrine 5-6pm. After the service, we will enjoy German food and fellowship.
